where do i even begin………

my husband and i have lived here almost a year. and we are beyond ready to get out of this place. we’ve been ready for months.
you never know if you’re going to have hot water; it’s either so hot you can barely get under it, or it’s ice cold. roaches in the kitchen, neighbors keep trash all on the balcony so i can only imagine what the inside of their apartment looks like and even after mentioning it to the office within a month of... living here NOTHING has been done. there’s mold under the bathroom cabinets and on the vents. they paint over everything, the bathtub and sinks are painted and chipping. & the cabinets have so many layers of paint. our heat went out multiple times this winter and took forever to get someone out to fix it. our ac has been out for over a week and half, we were told over a week ago they ordered a part and it would take 2-3 days to get here well like i said it’s been over a week & the part isn’t replaced. it’s over 90° in our apartment. and they refuse to answer the phone or reply to our texts. & because mailbox’s kept getting broken into over 8 months ago we still have to go to the post office to pick up our mail. this place is an absolute joke. whenever you move in they also tell you they have a raffle going on and you’ll be placed in the drawing if you leave 5 stars, that’s the only way i think this place has as many 5 stars as it does. don’t move here, don’t do it to yourself. There is never hot water even after they said they “fixed” it. The ac only blows hot air and when you let the office know they send the maintenance but it never gets fixed. When they enter your apartment they are always things missing or things moved around that should have never been touched. The pool is never cleaned and on occasion have dead frogs in it. The office never answers and they never call back even if you send them an email. There are roaches and ants everywhere. When you let them... know they say they send pest control but never do. They try to evict you for non payment of rent when you paid on time with a money order given to the manager directly. I’ve had to go show them the receipt that they sign when they receive payment. They never answer their phones either so if you have an issue that needs to get fixed good luck getting them on the phone. If you are looking into these apartments make sure to ask tenants questions before signing any paperwork. We know what really is going on and will let you know the good and the bad. Lee mas

I been living here since February.Recenty the management change it is definitely for the better.Sabrina who works in the the office sweetest person .she always there help you with questions or concerns you have .also Management is fixing up the property nicer.new windows new paint and even fitness center coming soon .my family and I love it here the apartment are beautiful and spacious..the bathroom are beautiful and huge and fancy .I am a family of four lots and lots of closest space.i would... definitely recommend this complex.we plan staying a long time.. maintenance come fast when requested.. children and pet friendly . thanks to the mangement from Marcy Lee mas

Really made management. The office people are extremely rude & hang up on u all the time. Kick people out for no reason. Don't move here! There horrible.
