If you’re considering renting here please read this!
I was a tenant for only 1 year and while they were prompt to complete work orders they lack integrity when it comes to their renters money. Before I moved in I only viewed the model home, at the time of move in I noticed a roach problem in the kitchen, reported it and they were quick to remind me of my responsibility for pest control. At the time of move out after only one year, I left no damage, no issues or stains to the carpet besides... normal ware, even with me having a pet. The inspectors tracked mud completely everywhere and told me verbatim “don’t worry about the carpet.” I was also blamed for damaged blinds. I was devastated to see my security deposit refund was only $571 when $1200 was given. The property manager had nothing else to say but “we could’ve charged you more” her words exactly. After that I attempted to reach corporate for one whole month after even receiving any sort of response. Finally a H.R representative of Ascentia said she would provide pictures of the damaged blinds I was blamed for but I have yet to receive anything. I’ve given up leaving voicemails as these people have no intention of actually assisting me. My biggest regret is not recording the inspection at the time. I recommend renting elsewhere and if you decide to lease here, record absolutely everything at the time of move in and move out.
At this point all I can really do is file a complaint with the attorney general which I plan to do. Best of luck! Lee mas

They will tow your vehicle without warning. They will leave notes everywhere and will not fix or will take months for them to fix anything.
