Give your money to some one else!!
This new company couldn’t care less about how it’s inconveniencing their residents while renovating. They will give you information regarding the renovations that are incorrect or just flat out not true. Then they send crews in for random things without notifying you. For example we were recently told that our building was going to have its desks re-surfaced. They showed up two days late for that and then two days later a random crew tried to open my apartment while I was in it American Landmark... took over to install new lighting fixtures. We were not told about the lighting fixture crews coming at all. They also told us they’d be in our units for approx. one week. I’m going on week three living out of boxes because I had to remove everything from under my cabinets so they could install countertops and paint cabinets. They did the countertops two days late and took off my cabinet doors. So I’ve been living in a half-done apartment draped in plastic wrap with construction dust everywhere, open hole in my wall with wires hanging out. They also censor their residents trying to complain on the resident portal. So since they won’t allow me to air my grievances in private, I will do so in public for anyone who may be looking at this complex. So to you, if you are still reading this, don’t rent here. This new management company doesn’t care about their residents. Let’s not even talk about the Amazon package locker I’ve been paying for for three months that isn’t here, something’s not adding up. My apartment has been half finished for 3 weeks now. Unacceptable!!! I’d also like to point out I’ve been a resident for 3 years and have NEVER had an issue before this new management company
