STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY from this complex. Poor management and lack of care. I was a good tenant. Always paid on time. Quiet. Kept to myself. I was there for a year. Maintenance issues from day one. Toilet not properly attached. Would come to "fix it" and still not fastened properly. Air conditioning broke multiple times. Told it was fixed because the maintenance person said it was "blowing air". Had to pay out of pocket to sleep at a hotel multiple times because of the same issue with the A/C. ... The maintenance person showed up clearing having smoked pot and had the smell to prove it. Gym- forget about the air conditioning cooling it to below 80 over the last 4-5 month. They don't care. Worst of all- security. The gates never worked right. They would fix them and they would work for a day or two and then broken again. Pool gates and gates to resident area from external entry- perpetually left open. Kids from outside the community would routinely go in there over the weekends. An accident waiting to happen. Office told; nothing changed. Coffee machine and area in club house often broken and unsanitary in my opinion. Severe roach and raccoon problem (in roof). Never taken care of. While not management's fault that residents left trash and dog poop all over the place, how the management responded to it was...they didn't. Upon move out I was charged $75 against my deposit for "carpet shampooing" without any explanation whatsoever. Upon asking about this I was sent pictures of the underbelly of the carpet which did not reflect stains from the time that I was there as I never, and I mean NEVER spilt anything in the bedroom. While not a lot of money this is a fraudulent money grab. STAY AWAY. My opinion as an informed consumer.

As for the condition of the apartment upon move-out, we follow a standardized process and provide detailed documentation for any charges assessed. However, we are happy to re-review any charges with you if you feel they were made in error.
