From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was treated with the highest level of professionalism and friendliness. We came in to get a tour and were immediately greeted by the wonderful assistant manager, Brynn. Brynn was so warm and inviting and you could tell she loved her job and living there. The property is gorgeous and has very high end finishes. There is a massive dog park and the pool is amazing, as well as the gym and a beautiful clubhouse!!

My family and I recently toured Hawthorne at Blanco Riverwalk and immediately fell in love with everything this community has to offer. Sylvia was great and so was Robert from the maintenance staff. We are currently waiting on our house to sell but we will definitely be back.

The property is very well managed and maintained, the amenities are all very solid, the whole pool/patio area is perfect for spending a day out at the pool and cooking out! We had a couple issues in our unit when we moved in and maintenance addressed them promptly after submitting our request. Overall great staff and nice semi secluded area. No complaints at all!
