Management/Maintenance Issues Galore
I moved into my unit in mid-February. I realized by late Feb. that my dishwasher wasn’t working… I tried to submit a request via the online portal, but it wasn’t available so I had to contact management. It took over a week for management to tell me that I needed to set up an appointment. When my dishwasher was finally fixed, I realized my stove/oven wasn’t working (I hadn’t been cooking bc the dishwasher wasn’t working). I let management know about the stove/oven on March 7th, and it still... hasn’t been fixed 20 days later. Initially there was an issue because maintenance didn’t have keys to my unit due to their disorganization. They weren’t able to complete maintenance unless someone was home. So, I made them a key. Now they aren’t returning my phone calls or emails. I am really saddened that I am facing such significant issues with maintenance/management a month in to my 15 month lease. I love the unit—but management is making me hate living here.
