I love this complex. It is quiet and safe. Maintenance does great at keeping everything working in the apartment and the office is always hosting fun events. The gym is also 24/7 and is amazing.

My move to Windsor Lakeyard was a smooth and easy process. Lorelei and her team, specifically Kennedi and Anna, were extremely nice and helpful. The apartment grounds are kept in immaculate condition, and my apartment was perfectly cleaned on move-in. The complex is quiet and I have great neighbors. I am SO HAPPY I chose Windsor Lakeyard.

We love our new apartment so far! Management has been great about communication and very helpful when we ask questions. There have been a couple of concerns (i.e. a man we caught on our camera trying to open multiple doors, luckily ours was locked but I wouldn't think this would happen in a gated community) But overall, our experience has been good

I recently had to put in a service request for a leak to be repaired in my garage! Edgar called me the following morning, and told me that he had contacted a team of painters to come and fix the ceiling as the leak had already been fixed and we just needed to focus on the ceiling repair. He also explained why there was a leak in the first place, as the garage sits below another unit and I was curious about how it was possible for my garage to have a leak in the first place. He explained that the... neighbors above has dogs, and that sometimes hair can clog the drains in the water heater closet - and that was the issue that had lead to the leak. I am very pleased with how professional he conducted himself and that he kept me in the loop the entire time as the painters came and went the following day! He was excellent! Lee mas
