no a/c for months, no hot water, smells like rotten cigarettes, loud neighbors, broke sink faucet, tile from the shower started falling off, old plumbing system made it impossible to use the bathroom without flooding it, management refused to help, yes this includes the new management. if you think “oh i’ll just tough it out” i promise you. you will not. choose anywhere else. the rent price is not even worth it. save your sanity

From the time me and my fiancé moved in our back doors have been messed up and they we’re supposed to replace them a long time ago and they just keep ignoring us and giving us the run around and it’s been over a year and a half. Had a possible rat but they did do something about that. Our apartment constantly smells like weed because of our neighbors and the laundry facility SUCKS! I wouldn’t really recommend.

Ever since the new management company has taken over, we have seen so many new changes! the upgrades done throughout out the property is amazing! also my maintenance request have been taken care of quicker and office staff is always on top of things. Love my stay here now!

Management is totally unresponsive. Usually there isn't even anyone on property to help you. I put in several work orders for my garbage disposal to be fixed and didn't get a reply for nearly 6 months. They give almost no notice for inspections and then fine you if your fire extinguisher isn't outside the door, even though they told you yesterday and you've been out of town. Also water shutoffs all the time. Like once or twice a week. Several times it felt like a real sanitation issue. I finally... moved out, set up a payment plan for move out expenses and after half of it was paid the payments were cancelled. I called and the person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. Next thing I know it's being sent to collections and I was NEVER notified. Turns out they turn that over to the management company, but the person I spoke to was so incompetent they didn't tell me that. There are better places to live. Don't live here. Lee mas

The management does not have a good communication between each other and take forever to reply back . It was a good place to stay when Chris was working there but the service is so poor after he left . They just put fee on your billing but when is time to fix stuff they take weeks to do it. The person that works in the office does not know what she/he doing. They have fees on stuff you don’t even use.
