Oak Forest Apartamentos

I lived here for a year, I enjoyed the apartment and the environment such as the people living next to me. However apartment took 6 months to fix my washing machine, seems to me maintenance was an extremely low priority. On top of that I am dealing with a sure deposit that went to collections without any notice that I owed the apartment any money. No invoice, email, phone call, nothing to show they even tried to receive money from me. I have been trying to get information on what is owed and... apartment is saying something happened on their end and they cant see my account, still trying to work with them and get any information possible. Horrible place to live!!! Apartments have issues with AC. Apartment is literally falling apart

Terrible. Staff rude/unprofessional. My apartment is fallin apart. Issues w/ Ac,heater,washer, disposal and no trash pickup.

This place is HORRIBLE!! Management is HORRIBLE, they charge way too much, the rent is high and the rules change ALL the time!!! No security and the gates NEVER work!!!

Management does not get customer service, have to go over the same things multiple times to get them to do anything. At times put my safety at risk. I do not recommend especially
since the change to new management. Old manager was not great, new one is worse. After the last conversation and the rate increase, i decided it is time to go elsewhere.
