Don't rent from here I've been here for 2 years and already we've had three maintenance people and I had my thermostat blow up in the wall and for a year I didn't have AC but I had heat now my bathroom ceiling is leaking and they tried to throw me out because I didn't want to take a different apartment but I've already been to two apartments that's here and both of them were broken somehow now all my clothes is water damage because I tried to use the laundry mat and none of the washers are... working everyday for the past 6 months since I've moved to a different apartment and I'm downstairs now kids beat and kick on my door not to mention my house smells like a sewer not only that there's trash every corner you turn

Nellie and Stephanie were great for what they had to put up with.
Place is falling apart and, if they do any repairs, they are not done correctly, wasn't fixed, messy. Nothing good to say. Lots of kids if you have kids. They put rocks in water pipes so I could not flush my toilet except once for two days- flooded floor and hallway three times.Much much more. Weekend fights, no security, music so loud sets off car alarms, especially in summer.

Maintenance is poor. They take their time coming out to fix things. Management is rude and sorry.

I've been here almost two years and it was great up until the property was sold in January 2018. Since then, we've had so many people running the office, it's a different person every time you go in there. We've had SEVEN different "managers". We've had more, but I've stopped counting. The above mentioned amenities are a lie! There is no common area unless you count a large empty room that is a catch all a common area. There's NO wi-fi nothing! The pool has been drained and when asked... about it, they said they don't when they're going to open it because they have to get management approval! It's mid June! The so-called track has so many holes and the black tar paper underneath it shows in several places. There is no basketball, tennis or volleyball court. We have a huge roach problem but they won't send anyone out to spray. My brother moved in right before the sale and he didn't have a stove for four months! He and his girlfriend had to buy an electric skillet just to be able to cook! Only one of the two bathrooms works. They even called about a leak coming from the empty apartment above which caused a stain on the ceiling. The maintenance person asked them if they were throwing water on the ceiling! Well, at least that one spoke English! My other brother had his AC go out on a Friday night and he couldn't get a hold of anyone until Monday! The heat index was in the triple digits! Then when he went into the office and told them that he called the emergency number, he was told that the emergency number doesn't work. Then there's courtesy patrol! We've got kids running around at all hours of the night, but don't go out to your car for anything because he'll tell you need to go inside! We' even had plants stolen off our patio. Residents were also told that you could have NOTHING on your patio! But hey, luxury living! I guess it's luxury living compared to living in a cardboard box under a bridge! I'd give zero stars if I could! Lee mas

I moved here about 5 months ago from Louisiana. The apartment Management is awesome. Mrs. Carmen has accommodated every need my family needed while in the process of transitioning from another state. Ceazar even assisted us with locating schools nearby , he is always willing to assist no matter the circumstance. Our apartment was totally renovated with new carpet, fresh paint, refrigerator and stove. All of our Maintenance request are met in a timely manner. Also our Apartment is sprayed every... few months for pest, so we do not have any problems. It is also very kid friendly. I am giving them 5 stars because there is absolutely nothing I have to complain about. Lee mas
