Unhappy
Residents are forced to park at the movie theater or park because they are at least 40 spots short. Yet they sent an email telling residents not to park in front of the office or they would get towed. Gates aren’t in use here. Tow happy all considering.
If you prefer quiet, this won’t happen here. Thin floors, thin walls, loud cars, loud music, loud stadium and police/ambulance sirens driving through too often.
Random smell of smoke (a certain kind that will get my review removed for... mentioning directly), dog urine and trash in the hallways.
Bathtubs are painted with slippery paint. Currently in the process of getting ours repaired because the paint is peeling.
Ashley said units were fully renovated. Not true. She told us we’d get new kitchen cabinets a week after we moved in. It has been 9 months. Our microwave should’ve been replaced but they said no. It’s badly scratched up, covered in food/dirt/oil when we moved in and doesn’t sound right. I spent several hours cleaning our kitchen to make it tolerable.
Unpleasant/unprofessional conversation with Allie because of calling her out on not following through with what she said about solving issues with our loud neighbors above us.
I’ve given up and just counting down to when we move out of here to somewhere better.

This is definitely not the experience that we strive to create for our residents. We apologize for the difficulty you've had with parking, unfortunately, our space is limited and its important that we enforce our parking policy consistently. Cabinet... replacement was not a part of our renovation process and our team was unaware of any concerns you were experiencing with your microwave.
