Orchard Gardens Apartments

We have lived in 4 different apartment complexes over the years. I was hesitant about living in a large complex again the first time wasn't the best experience. Lol! I was impressed with how well built the apartments were. The apartments are well insulated which keeps the sound from cars on orchard/2600 since bedrooms face parking lots & main roads. Sitting in the bedroom you rarely hear any sound from outside. But what I like most is there are 67 units that share a common outdoor area, with... lots of dogs yet there are never any dog issues. Plus this is the quietest apartment complex we have lived in. I rarely see or hear anybody after 9:00 most nights. Definitely happy living here. Plus they continue up grading they updated our front door and lock not long after we moved in. This year they remodeled the kitchen in every unit. Brand new cupboards and counters. Lee mas

My 10 year old son and I have lived here for about six months now and have had a great experience. Im not a fan of apartment living, but this is a place I would recommend to anyone. Its affordable, clean, quiet, and well taken care of. I have had two minor maintenance issues and within hours of sending an email to management, it was taken care of.
