This beautiful community is located in a highly desirable neighborhood in Holliday! Quiet evenings can be spent outdoors on pristinely manicured lawns surrounded by plenty of shade provided by mature trees. Amenities such as outdoor ping pong tables, bbq grilles, and a brand new playground are newly installed for your enjoyment!

Skip this place

The management is horrible. I have never had such a bad experience. I had to take legal action against them. They will not fix anything they can't legally be held accountable for. You have to file a lawsuit against them to get them to give you the bare minimum customer service. Driving around the property, you will notice unfinished fixes everywhere. Holes in exterior ceilings/walls. Run-down pet area with metal spikes sticking up. Flooding occurs regularly in the resident parking area. I would... recommend a different company altogether. Nextwave is the management company.
