Parc on Center Apartments & Townhomes

When i first moved in the townhouse they wouldrespond to every maintenance request, including spraying bugs. Since the management is always changing there have not been keep up with the bug spray like when I had first moved here. In addition, they are garnders they provide do not trim the bushes and trees when there come every Thursday. The bushes get in the way of people walking to their townhouse and causing them trip due to lawn people not cutting them

I wish I would have spent more time looking into the apartments here before renting. From the outside looking in, the apartments look nice and the pool and gym look great but after moving in that all changed. After moving in you can tell how cheaply built everything is and for the rent they charge I would really expect more. The maintenance crew does cheap quick fixes and none of the fixes last long, either that or they will tell you its not "fixable". They also believe in group punishment as if... someone breaks a rule, the pool and gym are closed off to everyone. The people in the front office will take care of you until you sign that lease. After signing a 12 month lease here, and specifially telling Cayla and another office manager that we would not be returning after the contract was up, we found out that they require a 60-day notice that we would be moving (even though the lease it up, and this was never mentioned in our conversations). They then proceded to tell us that our rent was going to be raised $1100 for one month! My roomate and I are both college students barely making ends meet and after trying to reason with them they told us that there was nothing to be done and told us we would be sent to collections if we didnt pay this outrageous number. All in all I will never rent here again and I hope this review helps others keep these guys accountable because it is absolutely rediculous how sneaky they have been and for taking advantage of us and our situation. Now looking forward I cannot wait to be nickled and dimed on the move out deposit.... Lee mas

parc on center is a great place and I am REALLY having a great time with them right now!
I would extend my stay for another year because i have what i need and all the services in this place are amazing!!!!!
the people who work in the office are nice and professional and they respond to you right away!!!

I have lived for 1 year in this complex and I have never had any problem with them. The services are amazing and the people who work in the office are really helpful and kind. I would highly recommend staying in Parc on Center!

So I have lived in the apartments for a few weeks now and am really enjoying my stay. I live in a one bedroom apartment with the automation extras. The fellow tenants seem quiet and respectful and I love all the animals that are part of the community as well. The units are new and clean and I don't hear the freeway or center street traffic much. The apartment Staff, seems nice and curteous. They even host neighborhood pizza parties, occasionally. So far I like my choice to move here. Close... freeway access is also a huge convenience. Lee mas
