We are disheartened to hear that your experience at our community has not met either of our expectations. We strive to give 5-star services in every situation. We would love to speak with you directly but we are unsure who left this review. All... residents who have reached out to us regarding any pest control concerns have been added to our pest control list to be treated. Courtesy patrol patrols the community throughout the night. Courtesy Patrol will come out for noise complaints and they also patrol the community making sure there isn’t anyone loitering and or sleeping in cars, or sleeping on the property. Please know, we care deeply for all residents of our community and we regret that you received the opposite impression. We are sad to see that your move-out experience left you with such a negative perception of our community. We know pests can be... more than a nuisance, which is why we have procedures in place to combat this issue should it ever arise. If you require a pest spray within your home, please reach out to the office to schedule a treatment. Please know, our dedicated maintenance team is committed to resolving all reported issues in as timely a manner as possible. We encourage any current resident with questions or concerns to please reach out to the office for assistance.
