New manager made positive changes
Since the change of the property management mid this year, Cricket, the new manager, along with her team made many positive changes.
The online functions of the apartment website has been greatly enhanced. We can see and pay monthly rent and utility bill (for shared utility) online. We can also request and track repair work online.
Several maintenance work has been completed since the management change, i.e., cleaning exterior windows of all apartments, vacuuming carpet in the common area,... and replacing air filter and smoke alarm battery.
More importantly, the communication between the management and the community have been improved significantly. We've the whiteboard in the lobby listing all current month activities and clip-on board for notice in every elevator. And we can also get hold of the manager easily if needed.
I'm happy to see these improvements in the past few months.
