Manor House Apartments

I was initially attracted to the beautiful grounds and wonderful character filled apartments, but after living here for almost a year, I see that Manor House is so much more. I love the crown moldings, wood floors, vintage bath tiles, but more than that is the warm feeling of "home" I get whenever I enter my apartment, sit in the courtyard or walk through Del Ray. I couldn't ask for a better home. If you have dogs, you'll love it here too, the manager, Melinda is so sweet and always has treats... for my puppy. Lee mas

My neighbors are friendly and respectful of others, and the management team is helpful and... responsive. I couldn't ask for a better home! Lee mas

We have loved living at the Manor House Apartments! The building and grounds are beautiful, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect for walking the neighborhood and feels safe. Del Ray is a great neighborhood! You could not ask for a better management and maintenance team. We appreciated their good communication and the care they give to both the property and the people. We will miss living here!

We have lived at Manor House for 3+ years, and we have enjoyed and continue to enjoy our apartment and the area. The grounds are well maintained, and the maintenance staff is prompt. The apartment is close to walking trails and is walking distance to Old Town Alexandria, grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, post office, UPS, and much more. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and cozy place in Alexandria.

I love Manor House Apartments! The management and maintenance teams take a personal interest in the residents, are very quick to respond to maintenance needs & resident concerns, and are so kind, warm and helpful. They really make Manor House a home! And the area, Del Ray, is such an ideal location. What I like about living in Del Ray is the proximity to nice places to eat, shop, fix your car, etc, not more than a 3-10 minute walk from Manor House. It's a very dog-friendly community, with loads... of nice parks and walking trails. It's city and small town at the same time, a very interesting and enjoyable combination. I highly recommend staying at Manor House!
