Just signed a lease!

My fiancée and I were looking to move right before the holidays and our original plans fell through. We made a last minute decision to tour Reserve at Regency Park and absolutely loved it! Amber took us around and explained everything so well too. We started our application before leaving the parking lot. Can’t wait to move in.

We resigned!

The location is great, there is lots to do around. The apartments are spacious and it is a dog friendly community! The leasing staff are very kind and love to say hi! We signed on for another 14 months as our original 14 month lease is coming to a close.

Great Place to live!

I moved in the complex in March. I have found the leasing office staff to be very helpful and attentive. The maintenance guys are polite and always come with 24 hours (except weekends unless an emergency). My last apartment, the office staff was rude, maintenance requests took forever and were never done right.

Current Renter.

I moved in September of this year (2024). Since then, I've had to submit multiple maintenance requests. The appliances need a serious update. This apartment was not ready for me to move in. The price may be fair, but I don't recommend anyone moving here.
