The only thing I want to say is the poor soundproofing. Every night I'm tormented by the frequent and extremely loud noises from the apartment above. This terrible soundproofing is due to the hard flooring upstairs. When I first moved in, everyone had carpets, so the soundproofing was acceptable. However, after the new residents moved in and replaced the carpets with hard flooring, the nightmare began. I'm requesting a professional team to resolve this problem.

Comfortable and generally safe-feeling community. Grounds are clean and I’ve never had any serious pest issues in the 6 years I’ve been here other than the normal forest insects. Recent utilities/trash/pest/sewer billing has skyrocketed and is ever-fluctuating, so make sure to factor into your monthly budget an extra $100-$150 for those. I’ve checked out comp properties nearby year over year and always decide there’s more value here than most similar neighboring properties. This location was truly enjoyable during its Arbors at Fairlakes era, yet the current management is undeniably lacking. However, Julio, the maintenance personnel, is a standout individual whom I appreciate.

Quiet community except when the lawn service comes around. All you hear is the noise from the gas blowers.
