Bugs

Lived here since July 23, they moved me into a bug infested apartment and have not been able to fix the infestation. Run away

I just moved in and Ms. Connie is so nice and helpful! It’s a lot of space from my last place and I love the amenities. 10/10.

5 Star all around

Spectacular office staff, always willing and ready to help with any questions. Homes are spacious and well maintained by a great service team. Great location, anything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips.

Don't Move here

I have been here for about a year and my apartment has been infested with roaches since I moved in. Nothing has been done to fix the problem. Was told I could relocate in a better apartment and wasnt able to potentially view the apartment until the day of move in, which I was pissed it was last minute. When asking to break my lease I was told I would have to pay extra fees when the problem is the apartment complex not mine. There are 5 to 10 roaches I kill daily despite my apartment being... sprayed. Also now there are huge water bugs hanging around our building. I'm just so over everything and will gladly pay a fee to leave although my apartment is not an environment to live in which give me grounds to break my lease. Also some of my sockets doesn't work and the socket covers has fallen off. I barely stay home because of these issues. I have thought about seeking litigation help to get out my lease without paying fees.

We realize pests can be a problem and have offered several solutions to make your... stay more enjoyable. A transfer was offered as an option, we did suggest that you view the home well before your transfer date. Our pest control contractor has confirmed that your apartment home does not have pest activity since the services were performed. Our records do not indicate that you have contacted us in regards to an issue with your outlets. If you are in need of a repair, please feel free to call the leasing office at any time and we will be happy to take care of it. We can be reached at 757.855.1229. Thank you again for your response.

Comfortable and accessible

I enjoy living in Woodmere Trace Apts. very comforting and remotely convenient for me to access both of my jobs.I have been living here for a year now and I have customized my one bedroom nice and cozy. I truly love my apartment.I have never had my own place and Woodmere is definitely a place I can call my own.The staff Michelle Connie and Ebony are simply marvelous and I'm thankful for them being sincere and kind as property management.
