Going Downhill
It used to be a great place to live but current management only cares about adding stuff that shows well and not about maintaining the property and enforcing rules around the complex. There is trash in the halls constantly even though there are clear rules against it. On a sunny weekend there are so many visitors at the pool the residents can’t get seats. When you bring it up to the office they say we’ll look into it but never do anything.

I am sorry to see that you're frustrated. We strive to take great care of our residents, and I regret that this is not the impression we left.
