Don't Do It
Even though I asked to be placed on the parking pass list I've never been given one. Not that I could afford $150 a month anyways... ridiculously high price... The parking situation is trash and the people paying $150 for spot are parking in the free spots instead meaning I have to park far away. Our elevator has been broken for over a month and a half. It breaks often but is normally fixed after a week. The stairs smell like pee a majority of the time. The all in one washer/dryer combo sucks... and I usually have to take my laundry elsewhere to do it. Packages aren't even delivered to my building, instead I have to go to the building next door to get them. It's been an okay time up until recently.
Best thing I ever did was move out!
