I have been living in this community for last 3 years. Very nice neighborhood. Maintenance is very good, especially the guy Syed, he is awesome in taking care of the maintenance requests.

My light went out in my kitchen & I have called for 3 days. No one has come out to fix the light still. The girl answering the phone has been very rude each time. I've even told her I have a visual disability and even then rude & not sending someone immediately. We've had to eat out for 2 days and I'm assuming today will be the third. It would take no more than 5 minutes to get it changed. I moved in mid-year 2020 and my rent has gone up almost $400. They're totally willing to stick it to you... rather than other places that are only raisi g the rent by 5%. I love the lake & location but anytime there is a maintenance issue it's like pulling teeth trying to get it fixed timely. Every time there's an issue it's a fight to get it fixed. This time I even called only once a day & was kind & still nada. The person answering the phone was very clear with me how much of a priority it is NOT to change it. She was rude the first day I called & rude now. If you don't like your job, or that people complain when their maintenance has not been done when you've said you'd have them do it for 3 days then maybe you are in the wrong job. It's ridiculous. Again, great location. Great lake & friendly neighbors. You just have to think about how bad you want issues resolved when there are ones.

Property and location is good but service is very poor. I had very hard time getting response from management team. End up paying more for ending lease. Did not receive proper communication. Make sure you clear terms before signing lease.

Terrible rude management. They do not care about tenants. They will not return your deposit, and they will try to make you pay for extra things and threaten to take you to collections if you do not pay.

Awful experience. The management do not care, the maintenance non existent, do not pick up the trash as need it... They will not return your deposit, and will charge you after you leave. If you dispute the charges, they send you to collections.
