4 out of 5 stars because this community is safe and peaceful. There is ample accessible parking. The front office staff have always been pleasant and helpful. There is room for improvement. The workout area is very basic and it would add much value if that was upgraded. The kitchen appliances are also outdated but functional. They did replace my washer and dryer and that was greatly appreciated and well managed. The stairs and siding really need to be power washed. There is dirt, dead bugs and... dried up fluids on both which is unpleasant to walk through as I'm entering my home. The maintenance men have to be specifically asked to wear shoe covers or they will walk into a carpeted unit with dirty/wet shoes on. But they are always willing to cover their shoes when asked and are generally pleasant and helpful. Overall, a nice place for a decent price. Not luxury but still home.
