Good location right by 95. Quick maintenance, although it’s not always done right the first time. Gym could use some TLC and breezeways need pressure washed a lot more often.

It is quiet, peaceful, and friendly. The management plans events throughout the months. Maintenance responds quickly to requests and concerns. Management is helpful with providing information and addressing concerns.

Friendly staff, great communication, quiet neighborhood and fast response from maintenance! I’m enjoying my stay so far. There’s about a 2 minute drive to the grocery store which I love.

It's not bad. Good neighbors and weird neighbors. But you live in silence and peace. The only thing is that whenever you find a problem it is from 8 am to 5 pm. You work and you can't waste all day waiting for when they're going to arrive to solve a problem
