Parking situation makes it hard to have guests. You must walk down and stand in the entrance to let your guest in. It would be helpful for someone to be able to call it in and the resident let them in or deny them through their phone.
The dog park would be nicer with some turf instead of gravel, and maybe a bench and/or something covering part of it for shade or blocking rain/snow.
There is an unofficial path behind the garages that people use to walk their dogs. It would be nice if this was... made more formally into a path. Maybe with gravel or something that won’t get muddy when it rains (to the complex’s advantage, maybe less mud would be tracked into the apartments on rainy days?).
Rooms are spacious which is nice. Maintenance is helpful. They have community events which are nice, but some are during the work day which makes them hard to enjoy when you work in an office.
