Wonderful place to call home!
I spent quite some time searching before I found this gem of a place. When I called I was immediately answered by Jamie, the leasing agent, who very graciously answered every question I had. I was able to tour the property right away and submit an application with $0 fees. It was only a few days before I was approved and moving in. The first month’s rent was free! This made it easier for me to afford the transition. Jamie was very flexible with scheduling the signing and very thorough in... explaining the lease, along with helpful suggestions to ensure a successful tenancy. The apartments are absolutely beautiful! They have a very modern look with dark wood cabinets and trim. The floors look just like wood flooring. The appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel. You have a stackable washer and dryer in the unit as well. People are nice here. Everyone I have met has been super kind and welcoming. It’s peaceful here as well. We have a gym, game room, basketball ball court, playground for the littles, and even a room you can reserve for parties. It’s easy to find parking here as well. On top of all that we have an onsite restaurant that just opened and a coffee shop slated to open within the next year. We have a grocery store right across the street, along with a Burger King, McDonalds, and 7 Eleven in walking distance. I cannot recommend this place enough! You will not be disappointed here.
