Avana Star Lake

Trash staff trash garbage everywhere amenities dirty. I will not renew my lease with this people lack of understanding and respect lack of security

My experience here has been mostly positive. The location and amenities are great. The leasing team was helpful during move-in, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. The property is kept clean, the amenities are well maintained, and parking has been easy. It’s a comfortable and quiet place to live, and I’d happily recommend it to others.

In all the places I've lived, Avana is #1 because the living is very private, My only complaint is that I just can't get ahold of security. They really work hard at the landscaping. Parking spaces are limited considering the number of tenants. I would advise spending the money for a garage or private parking. I give Avana a gold star for moving the mailboxes from outside where they were often robbed o a secure location inside a building.

This is first time We apply for the Avana star lake and moving the next week. Me and my friends they like that apartment we are very happy the leasing manager and other staff.

love it here. all the staff is fantastic! and the maintenance team always knows what they’re doing. just wonderful alll around and the residents events is nice
