I highly recommend this apartment for your next apartment home.

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to the highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend this apartment for your next apartment home.

Management very rude

They send me the towing.....my question is where do I park when there's absolutely no parking available?! This is ridicouls no parking is ever available here .....

Look Elsewhere; Not worth it

The office staff is rude. No customer service skills at all. The turnover rate of staff is high - new leasing agents and maintenance staff every few months. The maintenance manager is incompetent and rude. Appointments to have work done in apartments are cancelled at last minute and never rescheduled.
0/10 Definitely do not recommend.

Think twice before moving to this place

They will tow your car with out notice even if you have your vehicle register. Management very rude. So don't waste your time and money in this place

DON'T LET THE OUTSIDE FOOL YOU

This apartment complex isn't what it seems to be on the outside or what they advertise to be. The 5 star reviews are mostly staff that have worked here at one time or another. The computers in the office can only be used for 1 hour a day per household per HNN policies, Cassie the Leasing manager informed me but when we moved in it was 2 hrs per day per person. The swimming pool can only be used once per day per household for approx. 2 hrs, 4 times a week and only if you can get signed up because... it's only 25 people per session which includes one staff member. They actually made a little girl choose because she wanted to go with her friends but her family was signed up to go later, so she couldn't go both times even though the sessions weren't full. The manager Katja says kids can't play in the one grassy spot because it's a landscaped area and lease says you can't be in landscaped areas. The one grassy area will be more apartments in 2018, so there will only be one little area for kids to play in leaving the roadway which is very busy and dangerous for them to play in. You can also get a 10 day notice for any child under 12 being outside without an adult. If you pay for a garage it can't be used just for storage, you must park a vehicle in it. The trash area is disgusting and not always maintained. If the compactor is broken, there is nowhere else to put your trash and can take days to get fixed but if you leave your trash there they will go through it and fine you heftly. Maintenance isn't completed in a timely manner but they still expect rent in a timely manner. We were without a dishwasher for approx. 30days with a family size of 9 people and were told it wasn't a priority. One week to have it evaluated they couldn't figure it out, so another week for a professional to evaluate it ( they said complex was replacing it with the wrong part other 3 times),professional ordered right part no expediting, another 2 weeks waiting for part then maintenance comes to finally put it in and tells us it's been sitting in the office for days. Also you can't make this like your home nothing personal can be around especially when you live in a townhome. My kids made stepping stones and they weren't in the way but we had to take them down. There's trash allover the complex grounds/dog poop and no one cleans the areas. It is pick and choose not everyone is asked to follow the same rules fyi.
