The Bond Apartamentos

Have lived here for an year now. The only reason I had to move out is, I have to commute to Seattle for work everyday, so decided to stay closer to the office. The apartment has good noise isolation, which made it easier to sleep. Maintennace is team is top notch, fixed any sort of issues I had within a day at most or in couple of hours. Did not really had any major issues throughout the stay. Can't thank Greg enough for being a great help from the day he has shown the apartments to the last day... . Reyna has been an Amazing manger! Greg and Reyna makes this place a peaceful one to live. Lake Sammamish trial is near by which offers lots of peace and great views too. The best Apartments I have ever lived in in the last 4 years. This is one of the best communities in Seattle area. The views are best, security is top notch and most importantly, friendly staff. The only reason for 4 and not 5-star rating is because of the lack of central air-conditioning especially for top floors. Top floors get either too cold in winter or too hot in summer. If this is addressed, then there is no place like it to call home.

Really pleasant stay . Friendly staff and love the events hosted by the management. Looking forward to more such events. Very nice location and the property is well maintained

It has been a pleasure living in this community. The leasing staff and maintainence crew are always up to date with everything, super communicative and friendly. Best place to live, plus it's walking distance to trails and whole foods market.

Good management, they have all the facilities. Good property. They have many indoor and outdoor gaming options. Have a pet park, a mini gym too
