Worst experience ever…
Worst experience ever from start to finish ( leaving in September). I should have known from the first conversation with someone here (and how rude she was) how this was going to go... We had a car get stolen, another broken into, the windshield of our new car broken, and no management for MONTHS. Paid a $200 cleaning deposit and the place was trashed. When we would finally get someone as a manager, they were never around, or, when they were, they were too busy. Parking is expensive if you want... covered ($40 a month), and it’s pretty much all compact for options (you will end up squeezed in if you have a larger car). People park wherever they want to anyway, no matter how hard “management” tries to get things figured out. I cannot wait to get out of here! Be forewarned….additionally, there are NO amenities. You get a grill (and there’s never propane) No pool…no weight room…and that grill has rats living in it! Have fun!!
Update:
I had the place PROFESSIONALLY cleaned on move out as well as the carpets shampooed, and they did NOT refund that deposit (even though when I moved in it was a DISASTER and I paid $200 for a CLEANING deposit). They completely removed the grill right before I moved out, not even getting a new one, so, ZERO amenities. Wow! I’m glad I’m done!
