DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

WHERE TO BEGIN.


The plumbing in this building is MISERABLE. After xx amount of months in this building I was forced to terminate my lease due to NO HOT WATER after months of management "fixing" this issue. Another tenant informed me they had black mold in their apt and the adjoining unit to theirs. They had zero cold water but scolding hot water.

There are constantly leaks on various floors resulting in water being shut off.

There is now absolutely NO parking anywhere near the building due...
to construction of yet another apt complex slated to begin construction in the coming weeks.

The management / owner has known the building has had serious water issues, and still proceeds to rent units to tenants so they can still receive $$ from paying tenants to avoid having a lien placed on the building.


WHATEVER YOU DO... DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

Constant issues

Constant issues, whether it be neighbor’s partying every night, water heater issues, maintenance issues, homeless issues surrounding the property as well as constant crime in the area. It’s a brand new building but you wouldn’t know by looking at all the unfinished and broken fixtures in the hallways, trash in the staircases and other smells. Also no disability access.
