Terrible New Management
The previous management team was amazing and I was planning on staying here for years, however when they sold the building things went down hill and have no sign of returning with this new building manager.
The new building management is horrible here including the regional team on site at the beginning of the transition. Since taking ownership there has been nothing but issues with hot water, trash and recycling not being picked up for weeks and piling up, loud noises during the day while... trying to work from home, rude front manager who - ignores tenants, sends the worst emails to building tenants and doesn't respond to work orders.
The pipes damaged my vehicle in the parking garage and when notifying the front office manager, she acted like i wasn't standing right in front of her asking her questions. Her and the regional manager couldn't give a care about any of the tenants or their attitude towards tenants.
They sneak charges onto your bill with generic titles and then don't respond to questions or provide detail on what the charge is. 3 months now I've been waiting on clarity for an extra charge with no response to follow ups.
