The worst move-in experience ever! Extremely rude manager. I wish I could give a 0 star.
Move-in Issues:
Key Denial: I was assured, in writing via an official community email, that I would receive my apartment keys through a pending parcel to accommodate my early morning move-in. However, on the moving day, the building manager denied providing the keys, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss.
Promotional Offer: Despite touring the apartment twice and booking it within 48 hours... of my second tour, I am being denied the promised promotional offer for 2 weeks. The leasing agent had committed to honoring this offer, but broke this agreement after moving-in.
Exorbitant Camera Charge: I reported a dislodged camera during my move-in, and while I was willing to cover the repair costs, the billed amount of $1,425.80 seems unjustifiable. After receiving the invoice, I observed that the camera cost is $455, while the installation cost is an exorbitant $840.
Service Issues:
Delayed Bathtub Repair: The bathtub was clogged on day one, and despite multiple escalations, it took 10 days for the issue to be addressed. No compensation was offered for the prolonged inconvenience.
Dishwasher Drainage: Within a week of moving in, the dishwasher stopped draining water, causing a foul odor and making it unbearable to reside in the unit. It has been six days since I reported the issue, yet no action has been taken.
Managerial Concerns:
Manager's Conduct: The property manager's behavior has been extremely disappointing. Her rudeness, dismissive attitude, and lack of concern for residents' problems have created an unwelcoming atmosphere. It is crucial to address this managerial issue promptly for the well-being of all residents.
