since the new management took over, the office is less responsive, maintenance takes longer for requests, a portion of the elevators are almost always broken, and there is a general sense from the new staff that they don't care about the residents. for example, i was stuck in the elevator on a Sunday with my dogs and when the elevator company contacted the manager who was on call, he said "that's impossible, i was just there. there's no one stuck in that elevator."
