I live on the top floor. I love the views, the concierge service, and the gym. But I'm very disappointed that the hot tub has been out of service for over two months now. They advertise it a lot but after move in, if such amenities stay out of service for many moths like this, it's unacceptable. I hope greystar does not allow this to happen again.

Amazing Move-In Experience & Stunning Views!
Moving into this apartment was an absolute breeze! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure everything went smoothly. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and accommodating, which made settling in so much easier.
The apartment itself is fantastic, but what truly stands out are the breathtaking 360° views! Whether it’s the city skyline, the mountains, or just watching the sunset, the scenery... from here is unbeatable. I’m so glad I chose this place—definitely feels like home already!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free move-in experience and a place with spectacular views!

Loved the eye catch unique wiggly architecture. Everything thing is state of the art as it is brand new. Walkable distance to many Amazon offices. Best views of the Seattle from their sky lounge. And finally pet-friendly apartments with cool petwash station and a dog park
