I am sorry to hear you have had this experience while living at The Eden. At The Eden we do have community patrol that regularly monitors the community throughout the evening. We continue to do what we are able to as management company with things... like this occur. We ask all residents and their guests to report any suspicious activity to the police as the police department can handle theft more directly than we can. We have reached out to them to see if they can offer additional patrols through the community in congruence with our community patrol. I can assure you that The Eden doesn’t get a lot of complaints about theft or car break ins, but we take any report given seriously and provide feedback to our local law enforcement and update our community patrol. If you filed a police report, please provide that to the onsite team so we can make sure to update our records.

Please know that adding cameras will not prevent unfortunate incidents like this from occurring, however, we are working to install additional lighting in the community this year.

First I apologize you are having such frustrations. I know our team has connected with you a few times this last week about your account. They have provided you a copy of your ledger, which is a break down of month charges month over month and... they also gave you contact information to Conservice who is our 3rd party billing company and provides invoices monthly by request. They can mail or email those out, based on your preference. I had responded to your other email with my contact information as I would like to connect to see if we can provide some resolution. We want to ensure we are giving you all the information you need so you feel confident with you billing and know what you are being billed for monthly.
