This is a Housing for Older Persons 55+ Community.

North Tacoma, Single-level brick charmer!!. BRAND-NEW FULLY RENOVATED INTERIORS: New hardwood cabinetry, quartz counter-tops, stainless appliances, white painted doors, hardwood trim, with luxury... vinyl-tile floors in main living, and carpeted bedrooms!

The property is designed in 4 to 6-unit courtyards for a sense of privacy from the world. courtyards.

Each apartment includes one covered parking stall, with plenty of additional parking for one additional car or guests.

We have either 1 and 2 bedroom units with in-unit washer/dryer, or units that share two state-of-the-art laundry rooms.

Screening Application Fee: $65 for each applicant. Section 8 is accepted. Applicant screening criteria: 2.5x's month rent in gross income or equivalent, good rental or home-ownership history, good credit. Screening company completes a legal background search (restrictions apply). We do not accept re-useable tenant screening reports.

Tenants pay $80/mo in addition to rent for water/sewer/refuse. We are a pet friendly community (restrictions apply).

Loving New Owners

I've been living at Pearl Manor for a little over 5 years now. It was recently purchased by new owners this summer who are undertaking a complete renovation of both the apartments and the property grounds. The owners have been tremendously accommodating in allowing me to remain on the property while my apartment was undergoing renovations. Now that my apartment is finished, it is clear that they payed close attention to every detail for the interior of the apartment: floors, cabinets,... countertops, etc. are all brand new and very nice. The landscaping of the property is almost complete but it already looks so much better than before. Overall, I've had a great experience during this process and will enjoy continuing to rent here.
