Great Apartments

I've been living here two years I'm reading all these reviews that's ridiculous the management has always been nice to me never had a problem I always pay my rent on time if I had it maintenance issue they came out and fixed it yes they towed cars because there was no place to park so they wanted the parking to be for residents not for your friends I'm actually happy now I have a place to park when I come home from work now they gave everybody a sticker for their car you didn't have one your car... got towed they fix the parking problem I don't see anything wrong with that anyways my apartment is beautiful it's everything is brand new have a washer and dryer yeah if anything ever broke the maintenance fixed it within 24 hours I think it's a great place to live for all the people that had an issue I'm sorry but maybe the issue is you

Beware: Incompentent staff!

Incompetent staff! We worked with Audra to get an apartment for my father in law here. After waiting for months and reviewing all of his income and documentation, she pre-approved him and said his net income met the qualifications.

Only after paying the non-refundable application fee and terminating his other rental agreement did they inform us (only days before he was scheduled to move in) that their approval company rejected him because his gross income was slightly over the limit. Can you...
believe it they didn't know whether their income qualifications were based on net or gross income? They had been telling us all along it was net when it was actually gross!

They refused to refund the application fee and now he doesn't have a place to stay. Unbelievable.

Dont move in here!

The manager is a flat out liar ! they will screw you over and dont give a crap about doing people right. And watch out for them wrongfully towing your car..As if anyone can afford that they dont seem to care that they took your belongings and you have kids waiting to be picked up. Im calling attorney generals office and housing authority today or maybe jyst have to taje them to court .

No place to park

These apartments are a mess. The office management team is so un professional I’m not sure why they even hired management that don’t make the community a better place . The people who live here have no assigned parking and by the end of day if you work a night shift you will wait 3 hours to find a parking spot. How is this normal. Paying rent and not having a parking spot that is ridiculous. They put speed bumps that are so useless when they could of make assigned parking for residents so they... don’t drive around looking for parking after a hard work shift . Totally disappointing management

Copperlane appartments

BEWARE....
Worst management of all time not people oriented and only work there to save their own skins disrespectful and will not work with you to resolve an issue will spit in your face basically and they will be happy when they will screw your holidays and tow your car from parking lot and not give you a warning or an alternative so people don't feel vulnerable or out of options. Instead they will make sure you don't get no options and will threaten you.
If you plan on moving here because...
the price is cheap make no mistake to move here they will find other ways to charge you so you pay more.
And forget about maintenance they don't exist.
And forget about getting your deposit back when you move.
The design of the apartments is cheaply made faucets break and leaky sewer pipes.
Appartments also have constant bug problem that seems to never end, Windows and doors are poorly sealed cold air blows from crevices.
Laundry machines are no good does not wash out clothes very well.
Dish washer is a joke.
It ain't worth the price period
