Get ready to loose all your deposit and fighting for a parking spot.
In the walk through seen some problems and was told they would be fixed. Like the siding on the counter that's was peeling off. When I moved in they where still problems. In the bathroom they didnt culk anything and my drain in the bath would spin 90°. Had to maintenance request just having my toilet holder to be mounted at lease 5 times before they finally replaced it. Most of the time im relaxing I hear people in the complex or the workers complaining about them. One time I overheard the... maintenance team talking about how some dude got hurt and was on leave and the complex told him to go to work or be fired. Got threatened with a massive fee for having my kids outside toys on the deck so they can play. But outside my door in the door way is hundreds of pounds of garbage and they don't mind that. Got a flat twice in a year in there parking lot from a cotter pin a massive nail. Seen wine bottles shattered on the street for days in the week and complex just ignores it. Gates are also broken majority of the time. Been a few times the front was broken shut and my car was locked out. Don't worry about the bad cause when you finally get out you'll barly get any of your deposit back. If you want to know more good luck moving there.
