Lake Park Crossing Apartamentos

Be wary when renting when Lake Park. They claimed our dog peed all over the apartment but our dog has been to training, and both my girlfriend and I work from home, so we are both available to consistently take him out. In the lease it states they will have to replace the entire carpet if it's "sufficient damage". Without even being given the chance to come back and try to reclean it, the entire carpet was ripped up and we have been invoiced for several thousand dollars. Regardless of our dog... not peeing all over that place, your pet rent does not cover pet damages. So despite paying extra for him to be on premise, it counts for nothing but their pockets. We thought we had a good relationship with the from office managers who we visited frequently, including with our dog. So this came as a shock to us, to see them play the same games other landlords do. We will never been renting with them or any of their affiliates again. Period. If you are moving in you better bring a blacklight and check the entire apartment and make note of any minor stain whatsoever because they would not provide us documentation from what the prior tenants left. Management is right there to help you with everything, something breaks or not working, you call it in, and it is done within a reasonable time. The Maintenace department is highly qualify and they are very educated in solving problems. Well maintain with lawn and snow removable. After a few days of moving in, management called to see if we needed anything. It is so quiet here; you do not hear your... neighbors. Apartment is well built. Cheap apartments falling in pieces because the poor construction quality. Totally OVERPRICED. Poor management skills , horrible customer service and old people around complaining about everything under the sun. Got a breack in in our unit and manager said the wind was the one opening the door. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE unless you want to experience living in a horrible Ghetto.
