We had to move here on a whim from across the country and was the only thing in our budget. SUPER outdated, and kind of gross. Paint in the bathroom was cracked all over the place, i actually painted it myself cause i was so embarrassed to even have people over. The wood counter tops in the kitchen clash so hard with the cabinets. A simple updating of these could have a lot of potential. Good location, however the neighborhood is getting sketchier by the day. Access to the bike trails was a... positive, plus the garage and storage unit down below. Overall, we couldn’t wait to move out of these. There’s far nicer apartments out there for $100 more with nicer amenities.
