Renter beware
I would give a NEGATIVE ?? if I could. The "manager" Kimberly is extremely rude and unprofessional. She did not return our messages or emails and seemed annoyed when we discussed our application status. Despite requesting all application information within 48 hours and taking a $50 application fee, she admitted several days later that she hadn't even looked at the applications or emails.
While I understand that Madison apartments are busy with applicants, Kimberly could have informed us if she... was overwhelmed and placed us on a waitlist like other apartments did. This would have allowed us to choose whether to apply, look elsewhere, or join a waitlist. Instead, our calls were ignored, and I was even hung up on. I had to call from an unknown number to request a refund of our application fee, as we no longer wanted to proceed.
Kimberly and her assistant Jennifer are not the people you want to rent from. If their application process is any indication, I can't imagine how they would handle maintenance issues. Please read reviews before deciding to apply here. I've never left a negative review before, as I usually speak directly to companies about issues, but this experience pushed me beyond that point. I want to warn future renters.
