The Villas at Foxwood Apartamentos

Shabby looking with garbage cans & litter everywhere. Mailbox area is dirty with broken mailbox doors. Office staff never answer their phone or texts. Maintenance crew need more training. Cheap flimsy window blinds, they charge you for parking in your attached garage. Swimming pool is rarely open. As for the landscaping.... dirt is now the norm where there used to be wood chips, bushes are never trimmed.

I can say for sure that they work that was done was right on time and excellent

Stay away from Deer Run apartments, all they care about is getting more money from residents. Very poor communication from office staff, they rarely answer their phone and don't hold your breath waiting for a call back. Maintenance service requests are getting better but in the past would take months to get completed.
