Stay away from Deer Run apartments, all they care about is getting more money from residents. Very poor communication from office staff, they rarely answer their phone and don't hold your breath waiting for a call back. Maintenance service requests are getting better but in the past would take months to get completed.

Not a pleasant transfer experience, and I've lived in this community almost 10 years. What should have been a smooth transition into the townhouse, has been a nightmare.

Deer Run used to be a good community to live at until the new management took over. Since the new management has taken over they have added charges that are not part of the lease, they do not respond to emails or calls, the fire alarms constanty go off and they do nothing to reach out to the tenants to inform them if they are doing anything about it, and if tenants leave trash out when they move they do nothing to deal with it even as animals are started to go through it. The provided a new... community support person and within 2 months the contact information for that person is no longer working.
