Great Location

Jefferson Block has been a wonderful place to call home for the past 8 months. The staff have all been so friendly and active within the apartment community. When putting in maintenance requests, Thomas and other techs have always been fast and helpful. The building is in perfect walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops. We love the unit we’re renting and how it’s two stories and connected to the garage. We would 100% recommend Jefferson Block and are glad we chose it as a home!

Great community to live in. Friendships are part of this life here. Many activities foster getting together and meeting your neighbors and Jefferson Block goes out of their way to set up activities. Staff and maintenance are outstanding and go the extra mile.

Jefferson block is the best place to live in Milwaukee! Living in the third ward is incredible, and having an affordable place like Jefferson block is even better! I have had nothing but great experiences with the management and maintenance.
