Worst apartment ever, do not rent here.


Lived here for a little over a year, rented here for 2 years. Built very poorly. In the year I was here my next door neighbor had a fruit fly infestation and they were coming in through our vents, hundreds of them in our unit for months. A few weeks after Christmas our top floor apartment ceiling vent started pouring water from the vent from a leak on the roof. In the winter the apartment was very cold and drafty, in the summer our AC went out and they didn’t have the supplies to fix it so we...
were without AC for days in August. The office isn’t there on weekends and people would take advantage of that and have extremely loud parties at the pool early in the morning. Due to changes in life we had to move shortly after renewing our lease, but TPC won’t let you break a lease, so we’ve been paying over 2k a month plus incredibly high utilities for an apartment we don’t live in, and upon reaching out to ask why our utilities for an empty apartment were so high, Magen- the current office girl was incredibly unprofessional,rude, and hard to work with, didn’t respond to my emails for months, and when she did gave us a snarky short reply that it was in the contract that we would have to pay utilities, but offering no reason for why they’re so high when no one is using them. Don’t let the “luxury apartment” front fool you, it’s anything but luxury.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely regret that your time at our community did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.

We were unaware of the fruit fly issue in your neighbor’s unit,...
but had we been informed, we would have promptly arranged for pest control to resolve the situation. Regarding the roof leak, as soon as we became aware of the issue, we engaged contractors to address the problem as quickly as possible. We understand how frustrating these maintenance concerns must have been, and we apologize for any inconvenience they caused.

We were not previously aware of heating concerns in your unit, but we encourage residents to report any issues so that we can address them promptly. Regarding your air conditioning, because it was under warranty, we were required to wait for the manufacturer’s authorized contractor to obtain the necessary parts, which unfortunately caused an unavoidable delay. We regret any discomfort this caused and appreciate your patience during that time.

We take all community concerns seriously, including noise complaints. While our office is closed on weekends, we respond to reports of disturbances as soon as possible, and we have addressed pool-related complaints as they were brought to our attention.

Regarding your lease, we understand that circumstances change, and while lease break options are not commonly offered in Madison, we did our best to assist by actively working to re-rent your unit. The lease terms, including continued utility payments, were outlined in the agreement, but we understand your frustration and regret any miscommunication along the way.

We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our community and service. If you’d like to discuss any of these matters further, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 608-827-9419. We wish you all the best in your new home.

Glorified College Dorm

The facilities themselves are very nice, but many tenants are not respectful of the amenities that are available here. There are frequently loud parties/music in the pool area on the weekends, dog waste on the grass/sidewalks, dirty socks/shoes in the hallways and stairwells, etc. so when you are in your own unit it’s fine, but difficult to enjoy the surrounding community. There is also a community room with a kitchen, big screen tv, pool table, etc. but it is almost never available for all... tenants to use because it is always “reserved” by the same families- it is nice of management to offer this amenity but there should be some kind of restriction on the amount of time the room can be reserved for and the frequency at which each tenant can reserve the facility

We are very sorry to hear of your frustrations and appreciate the recommendation for the community room reservations. This is the first concern we have received, and we will definitely look at limiting the reservations in order to allow all residents... the enjoyment of this amenity. We have noticed a recent issue with the dog waste and pool area. Last week an email was sent to all residents reminding them to be respectful of others so everyone has the opportunity to use the amenities with peace and have a clean, comfortable apartment community to call home. Property Management

The consummately professional and CARING manner in which the property manager and her staff respect and take care of their tenants' needs/wishes. Specifically, service is provided quickly and is 100% satisfactory. Have lived here a little more than one year and EVERY promise made before signing our lease agreement has been delivered. Very importantly, the COMMUNICATION from the office of the property manager/staff is, in a word, excellent. No surprises. While emails during the last 30+ years... spent in business were beyond onerous and frankly speaking, production inhibitors, here both the number and content of the emails sent by management are important and timely (i.e. they are sent ONLY when key information should be shared with we tenants). I do not often give 5-star ratings EXCEPT when they are deserved. This place warrants a 5+ rating.

Amazing living experience and quality building

Without a doubt the best property I’ve lived at in my experience as a renter. The amenities are top notch. The units are spacious and have excellent appliances. The move-in process was very efficient. The location is perfect. So far it has been a very quiet and peaceful living situation. Everybody living here has been very pleasant. Also the office staff has been extremely accommodating, special shout out to Amy and Taylor. Very pleased to be living here.

Nice building but controlling management

Nice new building but if you want to be micromanaged you should live here. Management sends out Emails 5 times a week with more rules on what you can and can’t do. Its getting very old and I’ve heard many tenants talking about moving out due to management.
