Wilshire Manor Apartments

Management here has been great and very responsive. Maintenance has been equally great, they fixed anything that came up very quickly!

We’ve lived here since July, and everything has been great! The location is ideal — very walkable and safe. The management is super friendly and on top of all requests. We would definitely recommend this place!

Clean, spacious, calm, quaint. Staff is responsive and organized. Perfect location to downtown Tosa and Milwaukee.

I've recently been on the hunt for a new apartment. I knew I wanted to be around the Wauwatosa area as it has great restaurants, parks, and other amenities close by, but also has easy access to the interstate to get to where you need to go.

Compared to other apartment complexes and communities I've toured, Wilshire Manor seemed to be well taken care of. Which, anyone who has hunted for an apartment recently, knows that is not always the case.

A big thing for me is the smell of the building.... Often, there's foul odors, but there wasn't any of that here.

From what I could hear, it seemed to be relatively quite as well, which can be difficult to achieve with the larger apartment buildings.

Overall, it was better than most of what I have seen. It's certainly worth taking a look at if you're considering a move.
