Located On Busy Intersection
Management and Maintenance are incredibly nice and respond quickly to what you need.
5 Stars for the employees of Alpine Court / Wimmer Communities.
The building itself is pretty old. Ground is warped and walls are warped/warping in some places.
Laundry room require coins but no coin machine. Machines are also small so you have to do loads regularly. I found it more convenient to go to a local laundromat for larger machines that accept credit and if they don't there are coins machines.
No... central ac. Very warm in the summer and winter.
Located to a very busy intersection so if you pick a unit that is exposed to the road, you'll hear traffic 24/7. You'll see police lights penetrating through your blinds.
Amazing employees but the price for an outdated building with poor location is much too high.
