No Parking Available

There are no available parking at my units location. I am having to park at an adjacent unit to park. My understanding was a renter was to have no more than 2 vehicles at one time. There are several renters that have more than two vehicles occupying space. If the landlord isn’t charging for car storage then they should be. This, parking no where near my unit, during the cold winter months isn’t going to fly. Also the land lord needs to make their self more available to complaints and remedy... the complaints.
